Each module has its own price.
Invigilo is the platform, the modules carry the price. Vigila is the first, with its own price below: one base subscription and a price per student per school year. Upper-secondary schools count all students, lower-secondary only the exam years. No setup fee and no per-exam charge. LUCA gets its own price closer to its launch.

The student count is the school’s total enrolment, fixed once at the start of the school year. It applies all year, no matter how many exams are held.
The rates are progressive, like a tax scale: everyone pays the high rate for the first 300 students and the lower rates for the rest. The total never jumps because the school crosses a bracket.

AI policy in four levels
From a closed exam to full AI. At exams and the large written projects Invigilo enforces what the exam regulations require; for teaching the school sets the level itself.

Exam monitoring, seat by seat
The invigilator’s view of the room while the exam runs, and a summary per seat afterwards. The module is built and running in closed testing.
03Coming
Windows for long-form work
Projects and dissertations are monitored in bounded windows the student opens and closes. Not for weeks at a stretch.

The sign-ins the school already has
Students and staff use what they already have. No new passwords and no separate user administration.

- Scheduled exams and seating charts
- Automatic start at a set time and a seating chart of the room.
- Curated deny list
- A maintained list of AI and paraphrasing services ships with every exam.
- Summary per seat
- The teacher’s document with every finding, the rule behind it and a status only the teacher sets. Word or PDF.
- Self-hosted language model
- The advisory AI runs on our own servers in the EU. Student data never reaches an external AI service.
- Offline operation
- The exam runs and remains valid even if the school’s network goes down.
- Automatic deletion
- Retention until the appeal deadline expires. Deletion is built in, not a routine someone has to remember.
- Data processing agreement and support
- DPA, updates and support are part of the subscription, not an add-on.
The price on this page is Vigila’s. LUCA, our own language model for students, is still in development, is not part of the subscription and will get a price of its own once it is closer. When it has one, we expect to offer a combined price for both modules as well.
Procurement
Below procurement thresholds.
A school with 800 students reaches €25,200 over four years, the subscription's total value across its full contract term, which is how procurement rules require it to be assessed, well below the EU procurement threshold for services (€216,000 for 2026–2027), and small enough for a direct award in most member states.

Want to be a pilot school?
In 2026 we are taking in a handful of schools to test and fine-tune Invigilo together with teachers and students. None of it is in service yet, and the pilot schools are the ones helping decide how it should work. Sign up and mention it in the message, and we will be in touch.
